In the University of Islam's Art Department the students learn Graphic Design, Packaging, Fine Arts (Pastels, Color Pencils, Acrylics and Water Colors), Interior Design, 3 Dimensional Art, Paper Mache, Jewelry Making, Pointillism, Charcoal, Pencil, Greeting Cards, Framing and Matting, Color Theories, Comic Book Design and Production, Mural Design and Painting, Layout, Precision Cutting, Canvas Stretching and Photography.

The University of Islam's Alternative Energy Department developed the Bio-Diesel Fuel for use in Nation's Vehicles (Diesel Engines).
University of Islam's Alternative Energy Program converts used Cooking Oil from UNOI restaurants and take out facilities for use in the UNOI's Transportation System.
The University of Islam's Alternative Energy Program is now researching Hydrogen Energy for it's transportation needs.

Alternative Energy and Fuels Department
"In Your Midst" (Your Men's and Women's Clothing Store) is the fruit of a collaborative design by the Directress of Education and University of Islam graduates and students. All construction was done by Your Construction Company, and the artwork (layout and painting) was done by the University of Islam's Art Department. The University of Islam graduates and students were/are responsible for ALL aspects of design, clothing acquisition, building and development.
